What are you going to do?
As a QC Analyst Yeast Production, you, along with your two colleagues in the laboratory, are responsible for analyzing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. You maintain close contact with production colleagues regarding analysis results, monitoring and improving the production process. The challenge in this role lies in understanding and translating analysis results to production, as well as quickly and efficiently analyzing samples to release products in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities include:
- Collecting samples in the factory and performing physical and wet chemical lab tests, such as dry matter, pH, and clarity
- Calibrating laboratory equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards
- Recording analysis results and communicating them to the production team
- Approving product release based on analysis results
- Managing laboratory supplies, such as chemicals and other consumables
- All tasks are carried out under GMP or ISO 17025 guidelines and within a 2-shift system.
What do we ask?
Requirements for a QC Analyst Yeast Production:
- Completed MLO education and work experience in a QC laboratory
- Experience with GMP and/or ISO 17025 is a strong advantage
- Experience in the Food or Pharma sector is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- A team player who feels comfortable holding colleagues accountable for behavior and standards
(40 hours/week)
What do we have to offer?
- A 6-month contract via CheckMark with the possibility of extension
- Salary indication from €3200 gross per month based on full-time
- Full-time employment in a 2-shift system
- Working hours: 05:30 - 13:30 and 13:30 - 21:30
Where will you be working?
Our client in Rijswijk is an international player in the food industry. You will work in the production laboratory of a factory specializing in yeast extracts. Here, you will collaborate with two fellow analysts in a 2-shift system and maintain close contact with your colleagues in production.
