What are you going to do?
As QA Manager, you will lead quality and safety policies, ensuring the organization complies with accreditation requirements and legal regulations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for audits and inspections. Your responsibilities include:
- Developi and implement quality and safety policies (ISO 17025 / GLP)
- Translate quality standards into daily operational processes
- Prepare and oversee external audits and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies
- Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions
- Report on quality and safety aspects to the management team
- Manage the quality management system and documentation
- Draft the annual plan (audits, risk assessment, policy updates)
- Training and guiding the QHSE Officer
What do we ask?
For the QA Manager position, we are looking for a detail-oriented QA professional who can also take on an advisory role and foster collaboration within the organization. Additionally, you bring:
- A hbo or MSc degree in a relevant field such as Food Technology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience with ISO 17025, GLP, and regulatory compliance within laboratory environments.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality management or QA role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
- A results-driven mindset, the ability to get things done, and a strong sense of independence and integrity.
(32 - 40 hours/week)
What do we have to offer?
- Long-term employment, starting with a one-year contract directly with the company
- Salary range of €4,400 – €6,400 gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek
- Full-time position (40 hours per week), with a 32-hour option negotiable
- Fixed 13th-month salary
- Day shift
