What are you going to do?
As a Laboratory Production Operator, you ensure that soil samples are prepared accurately and on time for analysis. You work according to fixed instructions and carefully register all steps in the laboratory system.
- You check the workload and urgent requests in LIMS
- You dry soil samples in ovens and reduce them using a mortar and pestle
- You sieve and weigh samples according to the applicable quality standards
- You label test tubes with barcodes and register the samples in LIMS
- You archive samples, keep your workstation clean and organized, and ensure a proper handover to the evening shift
What do we ask?
For the position of Laboratory Production Operator, we are looking for a precise candidate who enjoys working according to established procedures. A specific qualification or previous laboratory experience is not required.
- You are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- You are able to perform physical and partly repetitive work throughout the day
- You can follow work instructions and carry out basic administrative registrations
- You work carefully and maintain a strong focus on quality, even at a faster work pace
- You have at least B1-level proficiency in Dutch or English

What do we have to offer?
- Long-term employment, starting with a one-year contract through CheckMark
- Salary indication of €2,670 to €3,898 gross per month based on full-time employment
- Employment of 32–40 hours per week

Where will you be working?
Our client in Deventer is an international and accredited laboratory specializing in environmental and water analyses. In the Dry Materials Department, soil samples are prepared for further analysis.
You will join a team of nine colleagues, with approximately six employees working the day shift each day. You will receive a practical onboarding program with guidance from a buddy and will gradually learn to work at different workstations.
