What are you going to do?
As an Analytical Chemist, you perform analyses on pharmaceutical samples for quality control and also support R&D projects. In this role, you have the following responsibilities:
- Conducting instrumental analyses to check the quality of pharmaceutical samples (HPLC, GC).
- Analyzing various stability parameters using diverse (wet chemical) analytical techniques.
- Accurately processing and logging analysis results.
- Performing minor maintenance on various measuring equipment.
- Contributing to R&D projects, such as method development and validation.
What do we ask?
For this challenging position as a Chemical Analyst, we are looking for candidates with:
- A completed MBO4 or HBO degree in (analytical) chemistry.
- Relevant (internship) experience with (HP)LC or GC analyses, experience in combination with MS is preferred.
- Relevant (internship) experience with wet chemical techniques.
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) is a significant advantage.
- Fluent proficiency in the Dutch language.
(32 - 40 hours/week)

- Long-term employment, starting with a one-year contract directly with the company.
- Salary indication from €2600 to €3500 gross per month based on full-time.
- Full-time employment, with 32 hours per week negotiable.
- Fixed 13th-month payment.
- Day shift.
Where will you be working?
Our client in Utrecht is an international producer and developer of various medications. You will work within the QC team, where you will perform hands-on analytical and wet chemical analyses and provide support to the R&D team.
