What will your job be
As a Service Engineer your main task will be:
- To install and support the product range: GC, HPLC LCMS, TIR, UV, TOC and ICP equitment
- Perform installations of new instruments, followed by customer training and support
- Carry out preventative maintenance on systems according to defined protocols
- Troubleshooting of Analytical instuments
- Complete validation of instrumentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and team regarding scheduling, repair ormaintenance needs, part requests, expectations and outcomes
What are we looking for
For this position we are looking for enthusiastic candidates whit service engineerings skills. We invite you to apply if you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- HBO/Bsc in science, engineering, Analytical Chemistry or a related field
- Experience working in a (field service) engineer role
- Experience in GC troubleshooting
- Good costumer service and communication skills
- Experience with other analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, LCMS, FTIR, UV, TOC, ICP would be beneficial but not essential.
- Must be prepared to cover all of Benelux and be flexible with travel across the wider region, including staying away overnight.
What do we offer
- Long term position, which starts with a one year contract at the hiring company
- Salary indication from €3200,- to €4600,- gross per month based on a full-time position
- Position for 36 – 40 hours/week
- Dayshift
- Travel costs will be reimbursed by the company
