As a (Senior) Scientist Bioinformatics Vaccine Design you will advance vaccines using in silico designing 

• The focus will be on outer membrane vesicles vaccines
• You will perform in silico designing and subsequent in vitro testing of vaccine candidates

Wat vragen wij

For the position of a (Senior) Scientist Bioinformatics Vaccine Design we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who meets these requirements:

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science utilized for rational design of proteins
• At least 3 years of experience in structural or computational biology, biological chemisstry
• Experience with synthetic peptide and protein design
• Experience with Alphafold is a plus (protein structure database)
• Affinity with in vitro assays for selection of vaccine candidates
