What are you going to do?
In your role as a Recruiter, you’ll be a trusted partner for clients, candidates, and our seconded professionals. You provide honest and expert advice and build strong relationships through your knowledge and genuine involvement. You're responsible for the entire recruitment process — and you stay involved even after placement.
What you'll be doing:
- Engaging with clients to truly understand their needs
- Setting up targeted recruitment campaigns using various online tools
- Interviewing candidates (both online and in person) and making the right match
- Guiding candidates every step of the way — from the first meeting to the start of their new job — ensuring they land in the right place
- Managing and aligning the recruitment process from both the client and candidate sides
- Representing CheckMark at career events and by giving workshops at MBO, HBO, and university level — you’ll become the face of CheckMark for the next generation of lab professional
You’ll receive a thorough onboarding program with personal guidance and an enthusiastic team that’s always ready to support you.
What do we ask?
- A completed HBO or university degree in chemistry, life sciences, or another scientific discipline
- You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English
- You have strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and enjoy variety in your work
- Experience is a plus, but not a must — your curiosity and drive are what truly make the difference
(32 - 40 hours/week)
What do we have to offer?
- A starting salary of €2,900 gross per month – depending on your relevant experience, this can be higher
- You’ll start with a one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent position – we believe in long-term partnerships and are happy to invest in your growth
- A 32 to 40-hour workweek, tailored to your ideal work-life balance
- Flexible working hours: start your day anytime between 08:00 and 09:30, plus the option to work from home two days a week
