What are you going to do?
As a Production and Development Specialist, you will support the production process in scaling up new formulations, implementing recipe changes, and addressing quality-related issues. You will also contribute to the development of new ink formulations, test methods, and production processes. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in and affinity for production processes who want to make a direct impact on both product innovation and manufacturing.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Guiding and scaling up new formulations in the factory, especially in case of recipe or QC deviations
- Being regularly present on the production floor and instructing operators on executing new production processes
- Contributing to pilot plant experiments
- Managing and updating recipes in SAP and PCS
- Preparing and formulating new recipes on a lab scale, in collaboration with a lab assistant
- Collaborating closely with the Process Improvement Engineer, Technology Director, and both lab and production colleagues
What do we ask?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Production and Development Specialist who recognizes themselves in the following profile:
- A completed HBO degree in Chemical Engineering or a Bachelor's (HLO) in Chemistry with demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of and affinity with optimizing and managing production processes and product development
- Recently graduated candidates who are eager to grow into this role are also welcome to apply
- You are a proactive self-starter who works accurately and enjoys variety
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Experience with printing inks, SAP, or PCS7 is a strong advantage
(32 - 40 hours/week)

- Salary indication starting at €2,800 gross per month based on full-time employment
- Full-time position
- Flexible working hours between 07:00 and 18:00
